Develop packaging for a brand new range of regionally inspired 'heritage' spring water drinks aimed primarily at the adult market
THE BRIEF
To create a series of labels for a new range of flavoured spring waters. The packaging should reference the manufacturers Yorkshire identity. The drinks are free from artificial colours therefore the labels needed to be bright and colourful to enhance impact on shelves.
THE SOLUTION
We opted for a heritage illustrative style with a mix of contemporary and script typefaces to suggest a traditional, wholesome drink for the modern age. The bottle was embossed with a Yorkshire rose and we further enhanced the regional aspect with a similar watermark on the label itself.
THE RESULT
The drinks were launched on schedule ahead of the 'Le Grand Depart'. We also produced a promotional leaflet and cards in support of the launch. Watching this product develop was a thrill and we're pleased to have played a small part in bringing it to market.
